What's Coaching, after all?

After these two definitions of official institutions, I will share with you my perspective and the path that has brought me here. Probably not unlike yours.
Throughout life, we all experience moments of ups and downs, we live sweet and bright moments and other bitter and dark ones, we face obstacles and challenges, we “shake off the dust”, we raise our heads and move on.
However, this rebirth process is not the same for everyone. It depends on factors as different as genetics, family and social environment, education and personality characteristics.
So, the transformation can be painfully difficult or it can happen that it seems we’re stuck in a hamster wheel, unable to find a way to get out of there, once and for all.
Coaching allows people to find their own solutions, be perfectly aligned with their values, with a focus on the future and through their continuous development.
